Located steps away from the Boston Public Garden and the Arlington T stop, Parish Cafe is sandwich heaven and a great place to grab a summer drink with friends, especially in their outdoor seating area.
fun fact: this is where I ate my first Boston brunch!

The Rialto by: Jody Adams, Chef/Owner – Rialto, Cambridge
Thin sliced prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and basil pesto on Texas toast with a garlic oil rub.

The Zuni Roll by: Norma Gillaspie, Boston
Smoked turkey breast, crisp bacon, chopped scallions, dill Havarti cheese, and cranberry chipotle sauce
wrapped in a flour tortilla and served warm with a side of cranberry chipotle sauce and sour cream with scallions.

Parish Cafe is known for their menu of eclectic sandwiches, which are all created by local Chefs. The menu is broken into varieties of poultry, beef, and pork, as well as vegetarian options.

The Burke by: Jim Burke, Wandering Chef (currently not on menu)
Thinly sliced prosciutto, spicy capicola, soppressata and provolone cheese
served on toasted French bread with olive oil and thinly sliced red onions.

        

Baked Mac & Cheese

When I see baked mac & cheese on a menu, I have a really hard time resisting it. Thankfully, I have amazing friends who like to stuff their faces with me so I got to try this cheesy dish with my toasted sandwich. & What better way to end the meal than with a gooey warm chocolate chip ice-cream sandwich?
